Short and sweet…

Further to my fears expressed in blog five, things have been corrected.

The contract stood as I first read it and I will be paid on the 60/40 author/store as it read.

What is interesting  is that when I wrote and used financial figures to show my concerns if indeed the ratio was reversed, the answer I got was equally surprising. It was as if there was no doubt and sadly, no apology for the misunderstanding. Yet. I have the document that clearly was showing the opposite.

Now, at least, the correction/misunderstanding has been put in writing and I will get the ratio expected.

I always like to keep the record straight, so too here as well.
